Society is often biased toward the extrovert, validating their outgoing, approachable nature as positively received while the introvert remains more reserved and observant. Although we all experience shape-shift moments of both introversion and extraversion, we are generally one or the other. And with the population evenly split between the two groups, this leaves the 50% – team introvert – brutally underestimated.

This bias even translates to the business world. Popular opinion suggests extroverts are better in their careers. Is this true?
